1. If the payment fails with a "Not Cashed" message, please contact your bank to verify your payment and provide the credit card payment serial number.

2. Try making the payment again or use a different credit card. No fees will be deducted for non-payment or payment failure.

3. If the payment fails due to high risk, please try again or change the credit card.

4. If the above methods do not work, you can use paypal to pay. Bind your credit card on Paypal, then contact customer service and send your PayPal email address, the customer service will create a separate payment link for you, and you can choose to debit by credit card when paying.
